Sry Petter. This was not my intention. I had a trouble with my keybord. Finaly pushed wrong key. Then quit with a shame on me...
I havn`t analyzed what was later but redress for Peter maybe...

Facts:

Bogdan refused to approve the cancellation request made by Petter.
Petter was in 3rd place when this happened.

Conclusion:
Petter was sailing a proper course, hence did not break rule 17.
Bogdan broke MLS rule 3.2.2 when he refused to cancel.

Decision:
Bogdan is disqualifed in race 8.
Petter given redress: He shall be scored 3 points in the race.
No other scores changed in the race.
