8. Description: Zez and clande sailing on starboard layline, aproaching top mark, sailing low awa. 13 : 06.35 Zez starts to heaad to wind. 13:08.31 Clande luff fast ( with bit of lag on my screen ). Zez has no room to tack, even though she was already head to wind. 13.12 contact occurs and clande bear away. Zez asked cancelation and Clande agreed.

Facts:


Conclusion:
Zez had to give mark-room to both Clande and Fasttits.
Clande had to give mark-room to Fasttits.
Clande sailed within his mark-room when he luffed around Fasttits and the mark.
Zez failed to give mark-room to Clande and broke rule 11 and 18.2(b).

Decision:
Zez to be disqualifed in the race.
