At the last leg (leeward leg):
Cocal Lupi was a starboard tack boat.
LuisRomAbar SAT was a port-tack boat.
Before entering the zone, LuisRomAbarSAT tacked, and I got to windward and overlapped with Cocal Lupi
When we entered the finish line buoy overlapped. Cocal Lupi was outside boat and I was inside boat. He didn´t give me room at mark.

Facts:
LuisRomAbar on starboard enter the zone of the finish line mark inside overlapped and to windward of Cocal.
LuisRomAbar gybes and sails towards the mark and crashes with Cocal.

Conclusion:
Cocal did not give mark-room and broke rule 18.2.a. Cocal to be scored DSQ in the race.
LuisRomAbar broke rule 10, but is exonerated because he sailed within the mark-room he is entitled to.
