Batboat has tacked from port to starboard (turn completed, time: 11.48). BatBoat bears away. There is no contact between the boats.

On behalf of myself (Batboat). Batboat agrees. This is a "false" rule 10. No contact. Since I also had just acquired right of way, I shall initially give A2-Mover room to keep clear (in VSK 3 seconds), cf. rule 15. Therefore I have bear away (also to gain speed).
