8.Description: Incident between 1st and 2nd buoy. Three boats involved, sailing pararel to achieve 2nd buoy with me BogDan in the midlle. BogDan had to keep clear to Kvien Mary inside and just because of this he has got a pen 17.1 from Alex Gr - which pen was wrong, so BogDan called for cancelation what Alex Gr has done
