I was on port and ducked the fleet.
Winslow was STB.
I received RRS10 from Winslow, which I asked to cancel (Winslow accepted).
IMO, I passed clearly ahead of Winslow, and when I received RRS10, there was a big gap between my stern and Winslow's bow.
Winslow didn't need to change his way.
That's why I think RRS10 was wrong.
