Bogdan on port tacks in front of Nosail66 on starboard.
Bogdan completes his tack clear ahead of Nosail66.
After the completion of the tack, Nosail66 luffs a little.
Nosail66 becomes overlapped to windward of Bogdan, and bears away and there is contact between the boats.
Bogdan got a penalty from the VSK umpire under rule 15 which he cancelled.
