7.Boat(s) involved: jepsom
8.Description: During the race it seemed like jepsom was changing course as a starboard boat as i was trying to duck behind him (hence he got a pen for RRS 16 by NADEO umpire). But looking at the replay i did not see any substantial change of course by Jepsom. I think the pen given to me is correct and therefore I would like to RETIRE from race 3
