8.Description: After I passed the first mark I bear away to reach the 2nd mark with Black Pete quite far on my starboard. At mid distance to the 2nd mark without having changed my direction and still keeping a proper route to reach the 2nd mark I receive a 17.1 from Black Pete which I asked for cancellation as I considered this pen has been wrongly generated by Nadeo
