I was incorrectly given rrs 10 when rounding the mark, I gybed as I was rounding the mark and nspanjic did not give me room to follow the next leg.

Facts:
>Petter clear ahead of N.Spanjic into the zone, and gybes to port around the mark.
>N.Spanjic on STB, becomes overlapped inside Petter while rounding and hits him near the stern.
>Petter receives a penalty under RRS 10 from the VSK Umpire, which he cancels.
Decision;
>Petter saiked within the mark room he was entitled to.
>Petter broke RRS 10 but is exonerated under RRS 21.
>Petter explanation ACCEPTED.
>N.Spanjic did not give mark room andis DSQ for breaking RRS 18.2b,c.
