8.Description: Whilst sailing on the reach with the spinnaker, I had Damian close to leeward and JohnPap close to windward. JohnPap had Excaliber close to his windward. We were all sailing proper course for the mark and I received a RRS17.1 from JohnPap. I believed this was an incorrect penalty, so asked for cancellation which JohnPap cancelled.
