8. Description:
I am on starboard, fetching mark. Then Jamin, Kent38 (and more sailors) hits me from port. The consequence is that I am being hit moving my boat 2 boat lenghts from mark. I loose all speed and I end up directly towards the wind. I believe I have right of way and the consequences for the inciodent are enormous for me. Before the incident I was number 3. or 4. I will also direct the jurys attention to rule 44.1B concerning boats gaining an advantage on breaking a rule. Here I must highlight among other: Balder. Considering the massive consequences for me and the rather rough rule breach, I apply for redress.
After the first pen, I get a pen 13 which I also cancels. I have no possibility to avoid anything considering the first incident. I note that I have no speed, I have been moved 2 boat lenghts and I am out of course. So I also ask for cancel on this penalty. Considering the first situation I believe this pen cancel is acceptable.
