8. Description: At reaching mark, Djonny is not overlaped in 2 BL and therefore needs to give room to kent38, rule 18.2 (b) ad (c) apply. AFter the race I watched replay and realized I did not need to give more room to djonny to sail my proper course, there for I WITHDRAW my protest
