8. Description: Flowtation completely removes herself from proper course to force me into shadow to allow her teammate, Jiel, to pass ahead of me at the finish. I am under the impression this is a fleet race, not a team race and by removing herself from proper course to disturb another boat, to help a teammate pass in front breaks the rules of sportsmanship and fairness in a fleet oriented event.
