I made a little move to keep clear of Venhobel under rule 11.Just same time Q23 making his move to response me
and contact my boat by his stern

Djonny goes into a gap that isn't there, and so close to leeward Q23, that there is no chance for Q23 to keep, so Djonny breaks RRS 15.
