Description: Flying Swede on port approaching Duffy on starboard, tacks close to Duffy bow and gets a rrs15 which he plans to take as soon as he is clear, however requests a Cancel and writes Post 360 on chat in order to get clear and not interfere with nearby boats. He finally does 360 a minute after and writes 360 Done
EDIT Flying Swede informed me that he regrets not writing "post Flying Swede" in the chat and instead he wrote "post 360" mistake due to pressure at the point in race, however hopes that the procedure was followed according to http://vsksailing.rocks/rules.html and took the penalty at the earliest convenience without interfering with the other boats racing nearby
