Facts:

Norone inisde overlapped with Coringa at the zone. While Norone rounded the mark, Coringa sailed into his stern.

Conclusion and decision:
Coringa did not keep clear when he was clear astern of Norone and broke rule 12.
Coringa to be disqualified (DSQ) in the race.
