7. Description: Zez sailing starboard fetching top mark. Fiducit, Whynaut and Kokos approaching the mark on port tack then they tack inside the zone. Zez has to luff head to wind. Zez got vsk pen 16.1 and asked for cancel. Cancel agreed.
Whynaut and Kokos did 360 after they passed the mark.

Facts:
Whynaut on port to leeward of 3 other boats on port. None of them can cross ahead of Zez who is on stb layline. While Whynaut tries to tack, he crashes with Zez. Whynaut continued to turn, forcing a collision with Kokos and pushed him backwards into Zez, who got a penalty from the VSK Umpire. Whynaut took a one-turn and ended up in front of Black Pete who did what all boats should have done (passing behind the stb fleet).

Conclusion:
Whynaut broke rule 10, 13, 15, 16.1 and 18.3. Whynot also gained a significant advantage by her breach of rules. By causing a boat to sail backwards, the boat is considered damaged, and the penalty shall be to retire.

Decision:
Zez cancel accepted. Whynot disqualified since he did not retire from the race.
