I was sailing on a port-tack boat, leeward and overlapped of Petter, he also was sailing on port-tack. Pirata SAT was coming on starboard-tack side approach with right of way. I hailed RTT to Petter at least 10 seconds before to tack and he didn´t do anything. I tacked and completed the maneuvering and I had cleary to bear off to avoid contact with him.

LuisRomAbar made a justified call for RTT.
Petter gave LuisRomAbar room to tack and room to avoid him (MLS Rule 2.9).
When LuisRomAbar finished his tack, he gave Petter room to keep clear (RRS Rule 15).
