C+P Pawel LMS Grand Finale Also Ran Race F2

8. Description:Duffy was fetching port gate mark on downwind port tack. Pawel was with inside overalp fetching the same mark on starboard tack, then gybed to port tack, and Duffy gave more than enough room for Pawel to go to mark, but Pawel did not respect definition "Room" : manoeuvring promptly in a seamanlike way. But in stead Pawel did not went go mark and did not luffed up round the mark, but continued leeward to gate mark and had at no time lesse than several boot widths to the mark.
Suddenly Pawel luffed hard up, and Duffy was penned 18.2.a.
Duffy asked for penalty cancellation, and Pawel accepted.
In the chat Duffy wrote "P Pawel" for breaking rule 11 or definition of "Room".
