BatBoat luffed several times very agressively causing a broach. I believe I did my best to keep clear.

Facts:

Batboat is changing course to quickly and to mush, that RYH not have time to react. Therefore Batboat breaks RRS 16.1, the fact that the course change is due to Batboat brougthing, do not exonerate him, he is still changing course in the eyes of the rules.

Decision:
RYH pen cancel accepted, no further action.
Batboat DSQ for breaking RRS 16.1.
