Description: I withdrawn the protest as missing the screenshot Alx & Kokos approaching windward mark very slow, at the moment Alx bow reaches the mark boat is doing 3kts (more if accounting the current from behind) and TWA is approx. 8-10. I believe had there not been Kokos to windward I would have made the mark, however as Kokos does not keep clear pushed me on the mark at 12:35
