On the water I protested Galaxy for not keeping clear while he tacked in front of Ryh00.
What I did not see on the water, which is visible in the replay, was that Ryh00 beared away, which puts a 16.1 obligation on him.
Ryh00 then luffed and gave room, so probably no rules broken by any of the boats (at least it was a marginal case not worth protesting).
Protest withdrawn.
