8. Description: 103 SPX is sailing on starboard tack, Stevie is sailing on port tack on collision course then tacks leeward of 103 SPX. During Stevie's tacking her mast hit 103 SPX's mast. 103 SPX protests against Stevie. Stevie did a 360 right away therefore I would like to withdraw my protest.
